Yoga was traditionally taught on a one to one basis in India, with ancient teachings passed on directly from master to student. One to one lessons remain a powerful way to learn yoga, enabling a programme to be individually tailored to your specific needs and conditions. Ideal if:
· you are new to yoga and seeking a solid grounding before attending public classes;
· you have an injury or health issue which means you might benefit from greater individual attention, a Chair Based Yoga practice or from a more restful practice incorporating more Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, meditation and breathwork;
· you would like to work more closely with a teacher to deepen your yoga practice;
· your job or other commitments make it impossible for you to regularly attend a public class;
· you would prefer not to attend a public class.
All one to one sessions are currently offered online via Zoom. Your one to one session can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or even on a one-off basis.
